Membership Playing Rights

Members must book their teetimes in the golf shop prior to play

Club Membership Year is from 1 July to 30 June each year – members joining mid-year will be invoiced pro-rata and membership will be due for renewal 1 July each year.

Full Member: the member has full access and playing rights 7 days a week from time of purchase to the end of membership year subject to bookings.
6 Day Member: the member has full access and playing rights 6 days a week – Sunday to Friday from time of purchase to end of membership year subject to bookings.
5 Day Member: the member has full access and playing rights 5 days a weekMonday to Friday from time of purchase to end of membership year, subjectto bookings.
FIFO Member: the member has full access and playing rights 7 days a weekfrom time of purchase to the end of the membership year, subject to bookings – proof of roster should be provided to the club.
Junior Members: the member has full access and playing rights 6 days a week Sunday to Friday from the time of purchase until the end of the membership year, subject to bookings
Pay as you play: bookings are essential and green fee is to be paid upon arrival, subject to bookings
Lifestyle: Free green fees Monday – Friday and after 11am weekends and pubic holidays. Excludes access to competitions and no Golf Australia affiliation.

All online members must book their tee time prior to play. Members who fail to book may be refused access to Secrets Golf. Where “free junior membership” are applicable, the junior must be a direct sibling of the applicant and max one person. Junior members are not eligible to play in the Saturday competition without prior consultaion with the captain or secretary. Members are allowed full playing rights as per their membership category at any time during operating hours; however, there will at times be restrictions due to major events for which there can be no recompense:

routine or major maintenance (e.g. spraying of weeds, or insects)
course renovations
inclement weather (heavy rain or lightning)
major events and permanent golf bookings
corporate / trade days
group bookings

Staff may request to see photo id for members. Member’s discounts are given during your membership period are are subject to change without notice. All memberships are valid for 12 months from time of payment. Memberships that are paid on amonthly basis automatically renew after the 12 month period unless written notification is given my letter or email to info@secretsgolf.com.au. If paying on a monthly basis there will be an additional administration fee applied.

Secret Harbour Golf LInks has a strict dress code on the course. T-shirts without a collar, any denim clothing, tracksuit pants and board shorts are not allowed. Golf shoes or flat soled sports shoes must be worn with socks. Any golfer not complying with our dress code will not be allowed to paly on the course.
